Use of Personal Information

MTD uses personal information, such as email addresses, first names and last names, to contact its subscribers regarding its services. Subscribers may opt-out of receiving this information, at any time, by suspending their subscription with MTD. All electronic correspondence from MTD to subscribers links to an ‘unsubscribe’ feature, allowing users to automatically remove themselves from the subscription list.


MTD does not disclose personal information, such as your name or email address, to individuals, organisations or third parties, outside MTD without your prior consent.


MTD does not buy, rent, or sell personal information to third party organisations.

1. Introduction


1.1. Welcome to the More Than Disco Website (“MTD Site”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using the MTD Site You become a user of the MTD Site (“User”).


1.2. As a User of the MTD Site You agree that You have read and understood these Terms of Use and that You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). More Than Disco (“MTD”) reserves the right to alter, modify, add to or change in any way, any provision of these Terms of Use and may (in its absolute discretion) limit or expand the services available via the Site without giving prior notice to the Users.

6.1. MTD is in no way responsible for;

(b) any incorrect or inaccurate Content on the MTD Site; 


(c) any Content posted on the MTD Site or in connection with the MTD Site; or


(d) the consequences of any malfunction of any equipment or programming associated with the operation of the MTD Site.

7. Indemnity


7.1. You indemnify MTD, and holds its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors harmless from any and all claims, demands and damages (including but not limited to legal fees) made by a third party due to or arising from or related to the User’s violation of these Terms of Use, or the Your violation of any laws, regulations or third party rights. 


7.2. You hereby indemnify MTD, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors against any loss or damage suffered in the event that any aspect of the MTD Site does not function as intended for any reason beyond the reasonable control of MTD and particularly in connection with: 


(a) service interruptions caused by an internet service provider; 


(b) an internet connection; 


(c) any fault or deficiency in computer hardware or software; or


(d) any fault or deficiency in audio/visual hardware.
